Langridge Spirit Based Dyes are concentrated powder dyes for the staining of timber and colouring of shellac varnishes.

Mix a small quantity of powdered dye with Methylated Spirits. The quantity of dye used is totally dependent on the desired effect. Prior testing for strength of dye is recommended and should be done on an inconspicuous part of the finished work.
